a. Not hard at all! Our relationship managers are always available by phone to walk you through the process, or the application can be completed online as well. It’s really easy and doesn’t take a lot of time.
a. To be honest? We feel like most companies working in this industry don’t value their clients as individuals worthy of respect. Though we certainly provide short-term loans, that has always been secondary to what we feel is our main purpose. At Prime Credit Line, we want our clients to know that they matter and that we are blessed by our interactions with them.
a. You don’t have to make a payment right away. We offer a generous grace period before your first payment is due and your relationship manager will go over this with you before your loan is funded.
a. Listen, we’re human too. We know that stuff comes up. If you ever find yourself in a difficult situation and unable to make your payment, please call us! We would be happy to adjust your account to give you some more time.
a. No! At Prime Credit Line, we don’t do fees of any kind! This is one thing that definitely sets us apart. We know that money can already be tight as it is without tacking on additional fees that blow up your account and add up fast. If you’re in trouble and worried about falling behind, your relationship manager will come up with a solution that alleviates your stress. We will always work with you.
a. Nope! When our clients are unable to make a payment, we offer extensions so they effectively don’t ever miss a payment. We’ll move your payment out to another date to give you more time.
